AT&T Support

We want to apologize to all BLU users for the inconvenience this AT&T shutdown has caused. Unfortunately, AT&T decided to shut down their 3G service and run all voice calls through their LTE network. Therefore, some BLU devices may no longer work on the AT&T network. We are working with AT&T to certify BLU devices moving forward, however legacy BLU devices will no longer be compatible. Currently, BLU has certified as AT&T compatible some models, such as the G91, V91 and G91S. All three devices can be found on Amazon or Best Buy.

Our devices remain compatible with T-Mobile, Metro PCS, and several other MVNO's nationwide.

As we continue to get additional devices certified on the AT&T network, we will inform our customers using our social media outlets and website. We want to thank you all for your patience and support.
